Thuisondersteuner Thuiscoaching Ben jij de thuisondersteuner die we zoeken? De zorg in Nederland is aan het veranderen. We willen dat mensen zo lang mogelijk thuis blijven wonen. Dit vraagt een verandering in de zorg en begeleiding die we mensen thuis geven. ZuidZorg wil graag een steentje bijdragen aan deze veranderende zorgvraag. Als thuisondersteuner ben jij onze cliënten echt tot steun en maak je onderdeel uit van het team thuisondersteuners binnen ZuidZorg Thuiscoaching. Werk je graag met diverse doelgroepen, waaronder gezinnen en ouderen? Lees dan snel verder. Wat ga je doen? - Je maakt graag het verschil in het leven van onze cliënten door samen met hen te kijken naar een betekenisvolle daginvulling. Waarbij het stimuleren van de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt voorop staat. - Je begeleidt en ondersteunt onze cliënten in de thuissituatie en werkt samen met mantelzorgers en andere zorgverleners. - Je vindt het leuk om met mensen, van verschillende achtergronden om te gaan, gezelschap te bieden en samen activiteiten te ondernemen. - Je helpt mensen waar nodig bij het douchen, aankleden, maaltijden bereiden en licht huishoudelijk werk. - Jij biedt de helpende hand in gezinnen, kinderen naar school brengen, koken of helpen een goede dagstructuur te bieden. - Je werkdagen zijn van maandag t/m zaterdag tussen 7:00u en 20:00 uur. Jouw kennis en kracht Nog geen diploma in de zorg, maar wel ervaringsdeskundige? Ook zonder diploma kom je in aanmerking en bieden wij jou graag (o.a.) een ADL training aan.
