Wil jij deel uitmaken van onze gloednieuwe thuisverplegingsdienst en zo warme en kwalitatieve zorg aan huis mogelijk maken? Dan is deze job vast iets voor jou!

Vanuit WZC Sint-Bernardus breiden we ons zorgaanbod uit met een nieuwe thuisverplegingsdienst in de regio Meetjesland. Voor deze opstart zoeken we enthousiaste collega’s die mee hun schouders willen zetten onder dit verhaal.

Als thuisverpleegkundige bied je warme en professionele zorg aan patiënten in hun thuissituatie. Je taken zijn gevarieerd en afgestemd op de zorgnoden van de patiënten. Je staat in voor persoonsverzorging, wondzorg, medicatie klaarzetten en toedienen, aanbrengen van verbanden en ondersteuning bij mobiliteit en transfers. Je hebt oog voor het levensverhaal en de eigenheid van elke zorgvrager. Door jouw persoonlijke aanpak bouw je een vertrouwensband op met zowel de patiënt als zijn omgeving. Je combineert bezoeken bij patiënten thuis met ondersteuning in de herstelverblijven in WZC Sint-Bernardus, waar patiënten tijdelijk verblijven voor verzorging en revalidatie wanneer thuis wonen even niet mogelijk is.

Omdat we deze dienst van nul opstarten, bouwen we de werking samen uit. Daarom zoeken we collega’s die willen meedenken, initiatief nemen en flexibel omgaan met veranderingen. Je krijgt de kans om mee vorm te geven aan een groeiend team en je te engageren als ambassadeur van onze dienst. In de opstartfase kan het voorkomen dat je vaker ingezet wordt binnen het woonzorgcentrum, afhankelijk van het aantal thuiszorgpatiënten.

Ook tijdens het weekend doen we een beroep op jouw verpleegkundige ondersteuning (1 op 2 weekends).

Kennis en vaardigheden:

  • Je hebt een visum als verpleegkundige.
  • Je hebt een autorijbewijs.
  • Je beschikt over een basis aan digitale vaardigheden en leert vlot werken met nieuwe software.

Persoonlijkheid:

  • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, maar hebt tegelijk een teamgeest.
  • Je bezit een flinke dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je bent empathisch en communiceert vanuit een oprechte houding.
  • Je bent flexibel en dienstbaar.
