Als thuisverpleegkundige bij Thuisverpleging Genevieve verzorg en begeleid je patiënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving in de regio Aalst.

Je biedt persoonlijke, warme en kwaliteitsvolle verpleegkundige zorg en hebt daarbij aandacht voor zowel de medische als menselijke behoeften van iedere patiënt. Tijdens je ronde werk je zelfstandig en bouw je een vertrouwensband op met patiënten en hun familie. Tegelijk kun je steeds rekenen op de ondersteuning van het team.

Jouw taken

  • Uitvoeren van algemene verpleegkundige en hygiënische zorgen;
  • Verlenen van wondzorg;
  • Toedienen van medicatie en inspuitingen;
  • Uitvoeren van verschillende verpleegtechnische handelingen;
  • Observeren en opvolgen van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten;
  • Signaleren van veranderingen en indien nodig overleggen met artsen of andere zorgverleners;
  • Correct en zorgvuldig bijhouden van patiëntendossiers en administratie;
  • Communiceren met patiënten, familieleden, artsen en andere betrokken zorgverleners;
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige, respectvolle en patiëntgerichte thuiszorg.

Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid, met de zekerheid dat je deel uitmaakt van een betrokken en ondersteunend team.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een verpleegkundige die patiëntgericht, verantwoordelijk en zelfstandig kan werken.

Je:

  • Beschikt over een diploma verpleegkunde (HBO5/gegradueerde of basisverpleegkundige);
  • Bent bevoegd om als verpleegkundige te werken;
  • Bent sociaal, betrokken en hebt een warm hart voor patiënten;
  • Werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk;
  • Communiceert duidelijk en respectvol met patiënten, familieleden en andere zorgverleners;
  • Gaat discreet en professioneel om met vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • Houdt patiëntendossiers en administratie correct bij;
  • Kunt je zelfstandig verplaatsen tussen patiënten, met de fiets of met de wagen;
  • Beschikt bij verplaatsingen met de wagen over een geldig rijbewijs B;
  • Bent flexibel en bereid om, in overleg, avond-, weekend- en feestdagdiensten op te nemen;
  • Spreek je ook een mondje Frans? Dat is mooi meegenomen om onze Franstalige patiënten in de regio optimaal te kunnen helpen;
  • Draagt bij aan een collegiale en aangename samenwerking binnen het team.
