Als thuisverpleegkundige bij Wit-Gele Kruis West-Vlaanderen ben jij een onmisbare schakel in de zorg aan huis. Jij zorgt ervoor dat mensen langer, comfortabel en kwaliteitsvol in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving kunnen blijven wonen.

Samen met 1.400 collega’s werk je aan warme, persoonlijke zorg op maat. Je combineert professionele expertise met menselijkheid en maakt elke dag het verschil voor patiënten én hun mantelzorgers.

Ter versterking van onze regio Kortrijk-Menen (met focus op regio groot-Kortrijk), gaan wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega.

Naast een plek in een stabiele organisatie en een zorgzaam team, kunnen we je hier een dienstrooster bieden van 30u/week. Details over het uurregime en de specifieke regio van tewerkstelling bespreken we graag tijdens een eerste kennismaking.

Jouw functie

Als thuisverpleegkundige:

  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de zorg voor jouw patiënten in hun eigen thuisomgeving.
  • Voer je een breed scala aan verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en breng je op een proactieve en kritische manier de zorgsituatie van jouw zorgvrager in kaart.
  • Werk je zelfstandig, maar sta je er nooit alleen voor: je wordt ondersteund door jouw regiomanager, hoofdverpleegkundigen, referentieverpleegkundigen en stafmedewerkers.
  • Heb je een warme, inspirerende band met je patiënten en hun mantelzorgers.
  • Overleg je actief met collega’s, huisartsen en andere zorgpartners om de beste kwaliteit van zorg te garanderen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma in de verpleegkunde.
  • Ervaring is geen must, dankzij onze waardevolle onboarding en ondersteuning.
  • Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent doordrongen van onze organisatiewaarden: warm, ambitieus, inspirerend en gericht op samenwerken.
  • Je gaat professioneel, respectvol en empathisch te werk – zowel tegenover patiënten, hun omgeving als collega’s.
  • Je communiceert vlot, overlegt graag en werkt flexibel en discreet.
