Als verpleegkundige in de thuisverpleging bied je professionele zorg aan patiënten in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving. Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit, ondersteunt patiënten in hun dagelijkse zorgbehoeften en bouwt een vertrouwensband op met zowel de patiënt als zijn of haar omgeving.

Jouw taken

  • Toedienen van medicatie, wondzorg en inspuitingen.
  • Opvolgen van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten.
  • Ondersteunen bij chronische zorg, palliatieve zorg en herstel na ziekenhuisopname.
  • Samenwerken met artsen, mantelzorgers en andere zorgverleners.
  • Bijdragen aan het welzijn en de zelfstandigheid van de patiënt.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een diploma Verpleegkunde (HBO5 of Bachelor).
  • Een geldig visum als verpleegkundige.
  • Flexibiliteit en een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een patiëntgerichte aanpak.
  • Zelfstandigheid gecombineerd met een echte teamspirit.
  • Een leergierige houding en de ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
