Als Ticket sales Promotor Historium & Fly Over Bruges ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers in het hart van Brugge. Je spreekt op een spontane, vriendelijke en zelfverzekerde manier voorbijgangers aan en weet hen in enkele minuten warm te maken voor een bezoek aan het Historium en/of Fly Over Bruges.

Met jouw enthousiasme, commerciële feeling en overtuigingskracht zorg je ervoor dat bezoekers nieuwsgierig worden en beslissen om een ticket aan te kopen.

  • Proactief en spontaan aanspreken van toeristen en bezoekers.
  • Op een korte, duidelijke en commerciële manier uitleg geven over het Historium en Fly Over Bruges.
  • Bezoekers enthousiasmeren en inspireren om de attracties te ontdekken.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verkoop van tickets.
  • Een positieve en professionele uitstraling van beide attracties verzekeren.
  • Inspelen op vragen van bezoekers en hen correct informeren.
  • Mee zorgen voor een gastvrije beleving in het historische centrum van Brugge.
  • Je bent extravert, sociaal en stapt gemakkelijk op mensen af.
  • Je durft initiatief nemen en hebt geen schrik om onbekenden aan te spreken.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt voldoening uit resultaten.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, enthousiast en straalt positieve energie uit.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van extra talen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Ervaring in sales, promotiewerk, horeca, toerisme of klantencontact is een troef, maar geen must.
  • Weekendwerk is geen probleem volgens correcte afspraken en overzicht op voorhand wanneer je in het weekend dient te werken
