Het kloppend hart achter toonaangevende concert- en eventlocaties in België, is op zoek naar een flexibele Ticketing & Customer Service Officer in Antwerpen met optie vast!

  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans aan de telefoon. Je beschikt over een goede basis Engels.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte houding en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je beschikt over goede administratieve vaardigheden, je bent leergierig en weet je snel in te werken in nieuwe tools (Office 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, enz.).
  • Je beschikt over een natuurlijke flair, commercieel inzicht en een warm inlevingsvermogen.
  • Het ritme van de evenementensector geeft jou energie; avond- en weekendwerk neem je er graag bij.
  • Ervaring in een klantendienstomgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen must. Je attitude is voor ons het belangrijkste!
  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ticketkopers en bezoekers. Je begeleidt hen bij het bestellen van tickets en geeft advies over een bezoek aan de zalen.
  • Je behandelt inkomende contacten via telefoon (Zoom Contact Center), e-mail en live chat (Zendesk).
  • Je neemt eveneens backoffice-taken op zoals het inboeken van tickets of het verwerken van terugbetalingsaanvragen.
  • Je bemant de ticketbalie tijdens concerten en shows op de verschillende eventlocaties (A'pen, Vorst, Hasselt ...)
  • Je blijft up-to-date met onze snel veranderende informatiestroom en deelt kennis proactief met het team.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke klantgegevens.
