Bei der Marktgemeinde Leobendorf gelangt folgende Stelle zur Ausschreibung: 1 TIEFBAUTECHNIKER / TIEFBAUTECHNIKERIN (m/w/d) Aufgabenbereich:

Es handelt sich um eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe, bei der Sie Ihre fachlichen sowie kommunikativen Fähigkeiten einbringen können. Neben Eigenständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein ist auch Organisationstalent gefragt.

Der Aufgabenbereich umfasst u.a. folgende Tätigkeiten:

* Betreuung der gemeindeeigenen Straßen, Geh- und Radwege, öffentliche Plätze

* Abwicklung von Baumaßnahmen im Bereich Tief-, Straßen- und Wasserbau (Bauvorbereitung, Ausschreibung, eigenverantwortliche Bauüberwachung vor Ort)

* Koordinierung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Planungsbüros

* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Katastern (GIS)

* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Vergabe-, Vertrags- und Ausschreibungsunterlagen

* Abrechnung und Prüfung der Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen der Baufirmen

* Mitwirkung bei geplanten Bauvorhaben der Gemeinde

* Berechnung und Vorschreibung der Abgaben für Kanal- und Wasseranschluss

Ihre Qualifikation:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise HTL-Matura oder höherwertige

* Erfahrung im Bereich Tiefbau

* Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung

* Kenntnis des NÖ Baurecht

* Ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, etc.)

* Sicheres Auftreten und selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung

* Interdisziplinäres Agieren

Wir bieten Ihnen:

Vollbeschäftigung (40 Stunden pro Woche) mit einem Dienstvertrag und Entlohnung nach den Bestimmungen des NÖ Gemeinde-Bedienstetengesetz 2025 (NÖ GBedG 2025) LGBl. Nr. 15/2024 in der geltenden Fassung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bzw. etwaigen Vordienstzeiten. Sie beträgt im Verwendungszweig Technischer Dienst (Verwendungsgruppe T2 / Tätigkeitsprofil 3.4 / Gehobener Dienst) mindestens € 3.254,00 brutto/Monat.
