Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt 1 Tierärztliche Ordinationsassistenz (m/w/d) WER SIND WIR

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Du assistierst bei Behandlungen und Untersuchungen von Klein- und Heimtieren

* Du begleitest unsere Patient*innen und ihre Menschen einfühlsam vor, während und nach der Behandlung

* Du bist im OP mit dabei - von der Vorbereitung über die Assistenz bis zur Nachversorgung

* Du übernimmst Laborarbeiten wie Blutabnahmen, Auswertungen und Probenmanagement

* Du organisierst den Empfang und behältst bei Terminmanagement und Kommunikation den Überblick

* Du kümmerst dich um Medikamenten- und Materialverwaltung sowie die Pflege der Behandlungsräume

* Du sorgst für die Einhaltung unserer Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

DU BRINGST MIT

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tiermedizinische(r) Ordinationsassistent*in, Tierpfleger*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer tierärztlichen Ordination oder Tierklinik

* Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Tieren und Tierhalter*innen

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit

* Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf A2-Niveau, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Eine solide IT-Affinität wir vorausgesetzt

* Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeitgestaltung
