The posting

Voor een relatie zijn wij op zoek naar een TIG lasser. Als TIG lasser las je dun plaatmateriaal aan elkaar en het is veelal zichtwerk. Je krijgt een eigen werkplek met gereedschap waar je alle ruimte krijgt om te lassen. Tevens zullen aanverwante metaalbewerkingen tot je werkzaamheden behoren zoals boren, slijpen, tappen en polijsten van de onderdelen. Dit alles staat op een werktekening die weer gemaakt is op verzoek van de klant. Geschikte kandidaten hebben enige jaren ervaring opgedaan als TIG lasser en weten als geen ander wat er gebeurd als je metalen materialen verwarmt. Wij zijn op zoek naar mensen met technisch inzicht en mensen die geen bezwaar hebben om smerige handen te krijgen. Verder ben je nauwkeurig, secuur, gemotiveerd en enthousiast. Het controleren, meten en afstellen zijn belangrijke aspecten van de werkzaamheden. Het bedrijf waar je voor komt te werken is een kleiner bedrijf met ruime ervaring in hetgeen ze doen. Het draait om vakmanschap en passie. Met een vast team waar een iedereen veel ervaring heeft is ieder project goed verzorgd van begin tot eind. Korte lijnen, goede communicatie en flexibiliteit is waar het om draait. Er zijn geen standaardproducten, elk project is uniek.

Een goede verstandhouding tussen ons en u als werkgever of werkzoekende is daarbij van groot belang en essentieel voor het duidelijk in beeld krijgen van elkaars wensen en verwachtingen. Daarnaast zullen wij ons uiterste best doen u waar mogelijk te ondersteunen, begeleiden en van de juiste informatie te voorzien. Door intensief contact te onderhouden met beide partijen zijn wij in staat ons te onderscheiden. Een perfecte match begint tenslotte bij het verkrijgen en verstrekken van de juiste informatie zodat wij vervolgens onze deskundigheid hier op toe kunnen passen. Wij zijn op zoek naar partners die dezelfde denkwijze hebben en net als wij gaan voor kwaliteit, openheid en persoonlijke betrokkenheid.
