FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als TIG-lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen en lassen van aluminium profielen en onderdelen. Daarnaast werk je met een moderne lasrobot en zorg je ervoor dat de laswerken beantwoorden aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsvereisten.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • TIG-lassen van aluminium profielen en onderdelen.
  • Instellen, bedienen en controleren van de lasrobot.
  • Opvolgen van het geautomatiseerde lasproces en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Voorbereiden, uitlijnen en correct positioneren van onderdelen in de lasopstelling.
  • Controleren van de gelaste stukken op afmetingen, kwaliteit en afwerking.
  • Uitvoeren van eventuele nabewerkingen aan gelaste constructies.
  • Opsporen van mogelijke lasfouten en afwijkingen.
  • Werken volgens technische tekeningen, productieplannen en werkinstructies.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van iedere lasverbinding.
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen de productie om de planning en kwaliteitsnormen te behalen.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als TIG-lasser.
  • Ervaring met aluminium lassen is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je hebt kennis van of ervaring met een lasrobot; dit is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en plannen vlot lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe verschillende lasprocessen werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een perfecte afwerking.
  • Kwaliteit staat bij jou voorop.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk en resultaten.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en nieuwe productietechnieken onder de knie te krijgen.
