Dan hebben wij een mooie plek voor je bij WILVO. Bij ons werk je aan verschillende producten van staal en RVS en krijg je de kans om veel praktijkervaring op te doen. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en wordt steeds zelfstandiger in het vak. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat aan de slag met verschillende producten en onderdelen. Het grootste deel van je werk bestaat uit TIG-lassen, maar je krijgt ook te maken met MIG/MAG-lassen. Je werkt met: - Staal en RVS en eventueel aluminium; - Constructie- en plaatwerk van ongeveer 2 tot 10 mm; - Ongeveer 80% TIG-lassen en 20% MIG/MAG-lassen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Het voorbereiden en samenstellen van onderdelen; - Het lassen en netjes afwerken van producten; - Het controleren van je eigen laswerk; - Het werken met verschillende gereedschappen en machines. Je begint met werkzaamheden die passen bij jouw ervaring. Naarmate je meer leert, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt een lasdiploma niveau 2; - Je hebt interesse in TIG-lassen en wilt jezelf hierin verder ontwikkelen; - Je hebt bij voorkeur een MBO-opleiding richting metaaltechniek; - Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen of wilt dit verder leren; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt kwaliteit belangrijk; - Je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe dingen te leren; - Je kunt goed samenwerken met collega's. Heb je nog niet veel werkervaring? Geen probleem. Met je lasdiploma niveau 2 heb je een goede basis. Wij helpen je om je verder te ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandige TIG-lasser.
