The posting

Als TIG Lasser werk je aan hoogwaardige leiding- en installatiesystemen voor cryogene toepassingen. Dit zijn installaties waarin industriële gassen bij zeer lage temperaturen worden opgeslagen, getransporteerd en verwerkt.

Hierdoor is jouw laswerk van groot belang. Leidingen en verbindingen moeten niet alleen netjes worden gelast, maar vooral veilig, betrouwbaar en lekdicht zijn.

Je werkt voornamelijk aan RVS buizen en leidingwerk. Er komt ook plaatwerk voor, maar dit is nadrukkelijk geen functie waarin je de hele dag RVS platen of constructies last. Ervaring met TIG pijplassen is daarom belangrijk.

Wat ga je doen?

- TIG-lassen van RVS buizen en leidingwerk; - Samenstellen en monteren van leidingdelen en componenten; - Werken aan cryogene en industriële gasinstallaties; - Werken met systemen voor onder andere CO₂, O₂ en N₂; - Lezen en toepassen van P&ID's, technische tekeningen en documentatie; - Uitvoeren en ondersteunen bij druktesten; - Controleren van lasverbindingen en de kwaliteit van het leidingwerk; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsinspecties en controles op lasintegriteit; - Samenwerken met engineers, monteurs en andere technische specialisten; - Onderhouden van gereedschappen en apparatuur; - Werken volgens strenge veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften.

De installaties worden onder andere toegepast binnen de food-grade en farmaceutische industrie. Veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit staan daarom altijd voorop.

Voor deze functie zoeken we nadrukkelijk een ervaren TIG lasser met ervaring in buis- en leidingwerk.

Je beschikt over:

- Ruime ervaring met TIG-lassen; - Ervaring met het lassen van RVS buizen en leidingwerk; - Ervaring met pijplassen vanuit verschillende posities; - Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen; - Het vermogen om nauwkeurig en zelfstandig te werken; - Oog voor laskwaliteit, maatvoering en veiligheid.
