Ben jij een TIG-lasser / monteur met ervaring, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de nodige maturiteit? Dan hebben wij een plek voor jou in ons team. Wij zoeken iemand die weet wat hij doet, zijn plan kan trekken en samen met een klein, straf team mooi werk wil afleveren.

Je werkt voornamelijk in ons atelier in Kruisem, waar je instaat voor verschillende las- en montagewerkzaamheden in RVS. Af en toe trekken we eropuit en werk je mee op verplaatsing voor een montage of interventie. Geen dag hoeft dus exact hetzelfde te zijn.

Je zal:

  • Lassen en monteren van verschillende constructies en onderdelen.
  • Werken volgens plannen en technische tekeningen.
  • Voorbereiden, samenstellen en constructies afwerken.
  • Zorgvuldig je eigen werk controleren.
  • Af en toe meewerken op locatie bij klanten.

Kort gezegd: je maakt iets, je kijkt ernaar en je zorgt ervoor dat het goed is.

We zoeken iemand die zijn vak kent, maar vooral ook iemand waarop we kunnen rekenen. Stiptheid en correctheid zijn voor ons belangrijk. Net als zelfinzicht: weten wat je kunt, maar ook wanneer je beter even overlegt.

Je hebt:

  • Ervaring als lasser en/of monteur in RVS.
  • Een goede technische ingesteldheid.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Een mature en positieve werkhouding.
  • De nodige zelfstandigheid en zin voor initiatief.
  • Een echte teammentaliteit: je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar weet ook dat je samen sterker staat.

Je werkt van 7u30 tot 16u. Af en toe kan een opdracht of situatie ervoor zorgen dat het wat langer wordt. Flexibiliteit daarin vinden we vanzelfsprekend, net zoals we dat ook van onze kant proberen te bieden.

Je hoeft zeker geen alleskunner te zijn. De juiste ingesteldheid en zin om goed werk af te leveren vinden we minstens even belangrijk als ervaring.
