Jouw nieuwe werkgever is een ware uitblinker op het gebied van cryogene infrastructuren binnen diverse industrieën. Dit snelgroeiende bedrijf heeft de ambitie om complete, hoogwaardige installaties af te leveren die tot in de kleinste puntjes perfect zijn afgewerkt. Met een gezonde mix van projecten op verplaatsing en werk in het eigen atelier, is geen enkele dag hier hetzelfde. Bovendien staat persoonlijke groei hier centraal: als jij je technisch wilt doorontwikkelen, is de sky de limit.

Als ervaren voorman TIG lasser zal jij het bestaande team vervoegen en volgend takenpakket hebben:

  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid op de werf
  • Je stuurt één of meerdere TIG-lassers en monteurs aan in wisselende ploegen
  • Het vakkundig uitvoeren van TIG-laswerken, met de focus op RVS piping
  • Je bereidt projecten grondig voor, volgt ze nauwgezet op en coördineert het hele proces
  • Je denkt actief mee en draagt bij aan innovatieve lastechnieken, zoals prefab en orbitaal lassen
  • Werven liggen over heel België en soms zelfs Benelux
  • Actief in de gasindustrie en tankplaatsingen voor zuurstof, waterstof,..
  • Werkzaam in bijvoorbeeld ziekenhuizen, voedingsbedrijven alsook petrochemie

Wat je in huis hebt:

  • Je bent een gecertificeerd fotolasser in RVS piping en hebt de nodige kilometers op de teller qua ervaring
  • Je bent in het bezit van een verplicht VCA-VOL attest
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands om de projecten in goede banen te leiden
  • Technische plannen lezen is voor jou kinderspel (en als je ook nog eens met AutoCAD overweg kan, is dat een dikke plus)
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B of BE
  • Ervaring met orbitaal lassen of een attest voor de hoogwerker/heftruck? Dat zijn absolute pluspunten
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld: reizen voor het werk (ongeveer 50%) en wisselende, kortlopende projecten (van een paar dagen tot maximaal 3 weken) geven jou net energie.
  • Je hebt een zeer groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je hebt geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit. Ze kunnen moeilijk een installatie laten liggen tot morgenvroeg of volgende week.
