Deze organisatie beschikt over een volautomatisch machinepark met hoogtechnologische productielijnen, waar kwaliteit, efficiëntie en innovatie centraal staan. Als TIG-lasser sta je in voor het lassen, plooien, frezen en draaien van onderdelen. Jouw nauwkeurig afgewerkte stukken zijn cruciaal voor de techniekers, zodat de productielijnen optimaal blijven draaien. Variatie is gegarandeerd, want geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. Je werkt in dagdienst en kan steeds rekenen op de ondersteuning van je collega’s en teamlead. Samen wisselen jullie technische kennis uit en tillen jullie het onderhoudsproces naar een hoger niveau.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van diverse metaalbewerkingen met nadruk op TIG-lassen, aangevuld met plooien, frezen en draaien
  • Voorbereiden van het eigen werk en zorgen voor een vlotte uitvoering
  • Beheren van onderdelenvoorraad en tijdig signaleren van bestellingen
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen, voorstellen uitwerken en constructief samenwerken binnen het team
  • Met een sterke technische achtergrond blink je uit in TIG-lassen en ben je vertrouwd met frezen, plooien en draaien; kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica is een plus
  • Je werkt ordelijk, met structuur, en combineert logisch inzicht en een sterk denkvermogen met een kwaliteitsbewuste en nauwkeurige aanpak
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team hou je van afwisseling, waarbij eerdere ervaring een extra troef is en je kennis kan delen met collega’s
