In deze functie werk je aan hoogwaardige leiding- en gassystemen voor de hightechindustrie. Je combineert handmatig TIG-lassen met orbital welding en werkt met dunwandige RVS-buizen waarbij nauwkeurigheid belangrijker is dan snelheid. Je komt te werken in Wijchen, in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en netjes werken centraal staan. Als TIG Welder werk je aan verschillende RVS leidingcomponenten en systemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat verbindingen technisch goed én volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen worden uitgevoerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - TIG-lassen van RVS leidingen en componenten; - Uitvoeren van orbital welds aan dunwandige RVS-buizen; - Werken met buizen en leidingen met verschillende diameters en wanddiktes; - Positioneren, uitlijnen en voorbereiden van onderdelen voordat je gaat lassen; - Werken vanaf technische tekeningen en werkinstructies; - Controleren van je eigen laswerk en het signaleren van afwijkingen; - Werken volgens strikte kwaliteits- en cleanroomvoorschriften; - Samenwerken met andere monteurs en technicians om hoogwaardige systemen op te bouwen. Functie-eisen Jij bent succesvol in deze rol als: - je ervaring hebt met TIG-lassen van RVS; - je ervaring hebt met orbital welding, of bereid bent dit verder te leren; - je technische tekeningen en werkinstructies kunt lezen; - je nauwkeurig en zelfstandig kunt werken; - je kwaliteit belangrijk vindt en je eigen werk goed controleert; - je beschikt over een technische mbo-opleiding of vergelijkbaar niveau.
