Stel je voor: de telefoon rinkelt, een klant plaatst een bestelling, een levering moet opgevolgd worden en een factuur vraagt nog een laatste controle. Waar anderen chaos zien, breng jij structuur. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, flexibiliteit en hands-on mentaliteit blijven de dagelijkse processen vlot draaien.

Voor een tijdelijke versterking binnen een gevestigde en ambitieuze voedingsonderneming zoeken we een administratief medewerker orderverwerking & logistieke support. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht frontoffice team en wordt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, productie, logistiek en administratie.

In deze afwisselende functie combineer je verschillende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Inboeken en verwerken van klantenorders in het ERP-systeem
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en administratieve dossiers
  • Ondersteunen van logistieke en operationele processen
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van facturatie
  • Registreren en opvolgen van leeggoedadministratie
  • Telefonisch contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne diensten
  • Behandelen van administratieve vragen en eerstelijnsoplossingen
  • Aanmaken en beheren van klanten-, artikel- en stamgegevens

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van administratie, productie en customer service en bouwt dagelijks mee aan een efficiënte dienstverlening.

Voor deze opdracht zijn maturiteit, flexibiliteit en initiatief belangrijker dan een perfect carrièrepad.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Ervaring binnen administratie, customer service, orderverwerking of logistieke ondersteuning
  • Vlot tweetalig Nederlands-Frans
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en een gestructureerde aanpak
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Vlot met ERP-systemen en digitale toepassingen
  • Stressbestendig wanneer het drukker wordt
  • Positieve ingesteldheid en bereid om collega's te ondersteunen waar nodig

Schoolverlaters komen minder in aanmerking. We zoeken vooral iemand die snel zelfstandig kan meedraaien en mee oplossingen denkt.
