Voor onze bekende klant 24+ (KBC) zijn we op zoek naar een administratief klantendienstmedewerker op de dienst Personenbeheer.

Wat zijn je taken als administratief klantendienstmedewerker Personenbeheer?

Het team Personenbeheer (PSN) heeft een brede expertise.

In ruime zin ondersteunen zij de KBC-kantoormedewerkers bij controles en verwerkingen van vragen omtrent persoonsgegevens van KBC-klanten.

Een belangrijke taak voor dit team ligt bij de update van gegevens verbonden aan de risicofactor die KBC aan zijn klanten toekent. Deze gegevens worden normaalgezien geüpdatet met een tussentijd van 1 tot 10 jaar.

  • Je voert administratieve verwerkingen omtrent personenbeheer van KBC klanten uit.
  • Jij bent hét eerste aanspreekpunt bij KBC omtrent de materie;
  • Je kan voor niet courante problemen en klachten van cliënten terugvallen op jouw collega's.
  • Jij hebt een signaalfunctie: signalen van klanten die een weerslag kunnen hebben op de algemene werking van pakketten, worden overgemaakt aan de betrokken verantwoordelijke bij KBC.
  • Continue zelfontwikkeling is een MUST bij 24+.

De ideale administratief medewerker bij 24+ voldoet aan volgende voorwaarden:

  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je kan snel complexe materie analyseren en gepaste actie ondernemen.
  • Je bent een geboren multitasker en kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis m.b.t. PC-begrippen en Windows.
