Jobomschrijving

Heb jij een goede kennis van administratie en boekhouding en werk je graag nauwkeurig? Voor een eerste project bij een klant in regio Oostkamp zoeken we een boekhoudkundig / administratief Bediende die snel aan de slag kan. Je komt in dienst als consultant en krijgt na afloop van dit project de mogelijkheid om jouw ervaring verder uit te bouwen bij andere bedrijven.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens jouw eerste project ondersteun je de financiële en administratieve werking van de klant. Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit:

  • Je verwerkt en controleert aan- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Je volgt openstaande betalingen op.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van btw-aangiftes.
  • Je verzorgt de algemene administratie.
  • Je behandelt inkomende telefoons en e-mails.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de personeelsadministratie.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van administratieve gegevens.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma, aangevuld met relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in boekhouding, financiële administratie of algemene administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en volgt jouw taken correct op.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met administratieve en financiële processen.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office en leert nieuwe software snel aan.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je staat open voor verschillende projecten en sectoren.
  • Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar klanten binnen ongeveer 45 à 60 minuten rijden van jouw woonplaats.
  • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.
