Ben jij iemand die graag luistert, meedenkt en klanten écht verder helpt? Voor een sterke speler in de banksector zoeken wij een Tijdelijk Customer Service medewerker die gedurende drie maanden het verschil wil maken in elk klantcontact.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je klanten en kantoormedewerkers via telefoon, e-mail en berichtenservice ondersteunt. Je beantwoordt vragen over bankieren, rekeningen en kaarten en zoekt actief naar de meest geschikte oplossing.

Jouw taken - Je analyseert vragen en geeft klanten en kantoormedewerkers een correct en duidelijk antwoord. - Je doet gericht onderzoek en zoekt oplossingen binnen de beschikbare systemen en processen. - Je bouwt voortdurend je kennis op over producten, systemen en procedures. - Je luistert aandachtig en kijkt verder dan de eerste vraag om de werkelijke behoefte te ontdekken. - Je biedt een passende oplossing of verwijst klanten correct door. - Je draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en deelt je inzichten met collega’s. - Je communiceert vriendelijk en professioneel, ook in een moeilijk gesprek. Jij bent iemand die energie haalt uit klantencontact en graag oplossingen zoekt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

- Een Middelbaar ASO/TSO diploma of een Bachelor/Master. - Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Een sterke klantgerichte ingesteldheid en commerciële feeling. - Het vermogen om klantvragen grondig te analyseren en de juiste oplossing te vinden. - Een positieve houding tegenover verandering en digitale ontwikkelingen. - Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl. - Voldoende assertiviteit om klanten ook in moeilijke situaties professioneel verder te helpen. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je bent flexibel inzake werkuren en dagen
