Voor een gerenommeerde projectontwikkelaar zoeken we een enthousiaste administratief bediende die administratieve ondersteuning combineert met onthaal- en kantoortaken. Wat is je takenpakket?

  • Je ondersteunt projectontwikkelaars administratief;
  • Je beheert en bewaakt de agenda van de directeur;
  • Je volgt contracten op;
  • Je maakt documenten op en verzorgt de lay-out;
  • Je beantwoordt telefoons en plant externe afspraken
  • Je beheert de mailbox;
  • Je hebt contact met klanten;
  • Je ontvangt bezoekers aan het onthaal;
  • Je beheert het kantoor;
  • Je verdeelt de post en volgt aangetekende zendingen op;
  • Je voert algemene administratie uit.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig;
  • Je bent dienstverlenend en proactief ingesteld;
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van MS Office (Word, PowerPoint en Excel);
  • Je hebt ervaring met Sharepoint;
  • Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans;
  • Je bent flexibel;
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, hands-on en staat stevig in je schoenen.
