Voor een toonaangevende speler in de Europese ijsindustrie zoeken we een tijdelijke R&D medewerker die het team in Langemark administratief ondersteunt. Een gevarieerde opdracht waarin je mee zorgt dat productinformatie en recepturen correct en up-to-date blijven.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning bij receptuurswijzigingen.
  • Je vergelijkt leveranciersinformatie met de bestaande gegevens en merkt mogelijke verbeteringen of afwijkingen op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat productspecificaties volledig en correct zijn en houdt deze up-to-date in de interne systemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de gegevens en houdt deadlines goed in het oog.
  • Je krijgt input en opdrachten van verschillende collega’s en weet moeiteloos te schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en gestructureerd in je werk.
  • Je beschikt over sterke computervaardigheden; ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus.
  • Kennis van een PLM-systeem is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Je beheerst het Engels goed; kennis van het Frans is een troef.
  • Een achtergrond in de voedingssector is een plus, maar zeker geen vereiste.
