Zoek jij een veelzijdige, tijdelijke uitdaging waarin je echt het verschil maakt voor klanten? Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en klantgerichte Customer Service Assistant die beschikbaar is tot midden november 2026.

In deze gevarieerde fulltime functie ben jij de spil tussen klanten, sales, transporteurs en interne afdelingen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte verwerking van orders, biedt professionele ondersteuning en borgt een correcte administratieve opvolging.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een bachelor Office Management (Sales Support) of gelijkwaardig. Ervaring in customer service is een pluspunt, maar leergierige schoolverlaters die een opleiding willen volgen komen ook in aanmerking.
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
  • IT-vaardigheden: Vlotte kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics AX is een troef.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je combineert een proactieve mentaliteit met een stressbestendige, organisatorische aanpak.
  • Eigenschappen: Je werkt punctueel, discreet en pragmatisch. Je bent een loyale teamspeler die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en oog heeft voor vernieuwing.
  • Je bent snel beschikbaar tot zeker midden november.
  • Orderbeheer & Administratie: Correcte en punctuele orderverwerking en gegevensinvoer in het ERP-systeem.
  • Logistieke organisatie: Regelen van transporten voor goederen en staalzendingen, inclusief het opmaken van alle benodigde transport- en exportdocumenten.
  • Stakeholdercontact: Dagelijkse afstemming met klanten, salesmedewerkers, transporteurs en andere interne/externe partners.
  • Klantenservice: Opvolgen van binnenkomende aanvragen, vragen en klachten. Je bewaakt levertermijnen en informeert klanten proactief over de status van hun order.
  • Commerciële support: Ondersteunen van de commerciële afdeling bij operationele taken en actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen customer service.
