Ben jij een ervaren directiesecretaresse die moeiteloos schakelt tussen directieleden, complexe agenda's en vertrouwelijke informatie? Zoek je een tijdelijke opdracht waarin jouw organisatorisch talent en discretie écht het verschil maken? Dan hebben wij een unieke uitdaging voor jou.

Voor een gerenommeerde internationale organisatie in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Directiesecretaresse die gedurende een tijdelijke opdracht de ondersteuning van verschillende directieleden op zich neemt.

Jouw uitdaging

Als directiesecretaresse ben je de rechterhand van de directie en zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt. Je werkt in een internationale omgeving en ondersteunt verschillende managementteams.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Complex agendabeheer voor verschillende directieleden.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van nationale en internationale zakenreizen.
  • Voorbereiden van directievergaderingen.
  • Notuleren van management- en directiemeetings in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Vertalen van documenten en communicatie tussen het Nederlands, Frans, Engels en waar mogelijk Duits.
  • Opvolgen van actiepunten en administratieve ondersteuning van diverse overlegorganen.
  • Vertrouwelijk behandelen van gevoelige informatie.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ervaren professional die snel overzicht bewaart en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als directiesecretaresse of management assistant op directie niveau.
  • Je bent een echte organisator en werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met het notuleren van directievergaderingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Een goede kennis van Frans is noodzakelijk. Kennis van Duits is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent diplomatisch, discreet en weet perfect om te gaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je werkt vlot met de courante Microsoft Office-toepassingen.
  • Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de planning wijzigt.
  • Je bent beschikbaar van dinsdag tot en met donderdag van 1 December 2026 - Eind januari 2027
