Ben jij een geboren regelaar die energie krijgt van plannen, schakelen en problemen oplossen nog vóór ze ontstaan? Krijg je voldoening van een perfect georganiseerde supply chain en hou je ervan om dagelijks contact te hebben met leveranciers wereldwijd? Dan is deze uitdaging jou op het lijf geschreven!

Voor een internationale en dynamische productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Tijdelijke Expeditor die gedurende 6 maanden mee het verschil maakt achter de schermen. Dankzij jouw inzet komen de juiste materialen op het juiste moment aan en blijft de productie moeiteloos draaien.

Jouw missie

Als Expeditor ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen leveranciers, transporteurs en productie. Jij houdt de vinger aan de pols en zorgt ervoor dat leveringen correct gepland, opgevolgd en, indien nodig, versneld worden.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Je beheert en past bestellingen aan in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je plant en volgt materiaalleveringen nauwgezet op.
  • Je organiseert mee vrachtzendingen en transporten.
  • Je houdt kritische leveranciers scherp in de gaten en onderneemt proactief actie waar nodig.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met leveranciers en onderhoudt deze actief.
  • Je analyseert rapporten rond materiaaltekorten en overstock en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Een basiskennis Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent relationeel sterk en weet anderen te overtuigen.
  • Je denkt analytisch en ziet snel oplossingen wanneer uitdagingen opduiken.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer de druk stijgt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met ERP- of MRP-systemen.
  • Ervaring binnen materiaalplanning of supply chain is een sterke troef.
