Het is niet zomaar een job - Samen zijn we op een missie. iChoosr zet zich in om de energietransitie te versnellen, met als doel om in 2035 twee miljoen duurzame energie-installaties mogelijk te maken. Samen met de Provincie West-Vlaanderen organiseren we de groepsaankoop groene stroom en gas. Daarvoor zijn wij op zoek naar sociaal geëngageerd talent om ons team te versterken en samen met anderen te werken aan wat er echt toe doet.

Als loketmedewerker in het provinciehuis van de Provincie West- Vlaanderen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor burgers met interesse in onze groepsaankopen. Je beantwoordt hun vragen, helpt hen verder en zorgt voor een vlotte, vriendelijke dienstverlening. Samen met collega’s van iChoosr bied je professioneel en klantgericht contact. iChoosr maakt duurzame keuzes toegankelijk voor iedereen. We zijn gespecialiseerd in groepsaankopen voor zonnepanelen, energie en andere duurzame oplossingen. Dankzij onze initiatieven hebben al meer dan 2,5 miljoen huishoudens in Europa gekozen voor groene stroom, warmtepompen, zonnepanelen en thuisbatterijen.

Wat wordt je rol?

Als loketmedewerker behandel je zelfstandig vragen van deelnemers en zorg je voor een vlotte en professionele afhandeling.

Daarnaast vang je de vragen van deelnemers op en signaleer je deze intern en extern zodat we het proces zo efficiënt en aangenaam mogelijk maken. Je werkt in het Provinciehuis van West-Vlaanderen en maakt zowel deel uit van een hecht iChoosr team als het team bij de Provincie. Samen met onze Customer Service Officers en het team groepsaankopen van de Provincie sta je in voor het succes van onze groepsaankopen.
