Onze klant is een grote speler binnen de maritieme sector en zijn zowel nationaal als internationaal actief. Om hun HR departement in Zwijndrecht te ondersteunen gaan ze op zoek naar een Tijdelijke HR Administrator.

Jobomschrijving

Als Tijdelijke HR Administrator beheer je o.a. volgende taken:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van de prestatiestaten van technische medewerkers
  • Input en beheer van gegevens in Excel
  • Controleren en verwerken van facturen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige administratie opvolging
  • Je behaalde een diploma in een relevante richting (Graduaat of Bachelor binnen HR, Office, ...)
  • Een eerste werkervaring is een troef
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, punctueel en georganiseerd
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt een goede kennis van Excel
  • Je hecht belang aan een correct gegevensverwerking
  • Je bent betrouwbaar
  • Je staat open voor een tijdelijke opdracht t.e.m. 18/12
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een werkrooster van 7u30 - 16u15 met dagelijkse aanwezigheid op kantoor
