Binnen deze veelzijdige rol krijg je de kans om alle belangrijke HR-processen van dichtbij te leren kennen en jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een echte HR-professional.

Jobomschrijving

Als Junior HR Officer maak je deel uit van een ervaren HR-team en ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Je krijgt een brede introductie in het HR-vak en bouwt stap voor stap expertise op binnen zowel soft als hard HR.

Geen enkele dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. Je combineert contacten met medewerkers, administratieve opvolging en HR-projecten in één gevarieerde functie.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je ondersteunt het volledige rekruteringsproces, van het publiceren van vacatures tot het inplannen van sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Je helpt nieuwe collega's bij een vlotte opstart en onboarding.
  • Je bent een eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond HR-gerelateerde topics.
  • Je ondersteunt de personeelsadministratie en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct en up-to-date blijven.
  • Je volgt afwezigheden en ziekteverzuim administratief op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met payroll en ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van loonverwerking.
  • Je organiseert en registreert opleidingen, trainingen en certificeringen.
  • Je draagt bij aan HR-projecten en denkt mee na over het verbeteren van bestaande processen.
  • Je helpt mee bouwen aan een positieve medewerkerservaring binnen de organisatie.
  • Je behaalde recent een Bachelor of Master in Human Resources, Toegepaste Psychologie, Handelswetenschappen of een vergelijkbare opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent op zoek naar een professionele uitdaging binnen HR en staat open voor deze tijdelijke opdracht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en legt gemakkelijk contact met verschillende mensen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en leert graag nieuwe zaken bij.
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving of payroll is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent bereid om je voor een periode van 6 maanden te engageren
  • Tot slot beschik je over eigen vervoer en kan je je dagelijks vlot verplaatsing regio Zelzate
