Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij het vriendelijke aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je denkt in oplossingen, pakt zaken snel op en weet ook op drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren. Samenwerken doe je graag en je vindt het leuk om collega's van de winkels verder te helpen.

Kom je werken bij totaalBED, dan ontvangen we je met open armen binnen ons prachtige familiebedrijf. Met 26 fysieke winkels verspreid over het noorden, oosten en midden van Nederland en een webshop streven we ernaar om onze klanten een optimale winkelervaring te bieden.

Met een veelzijdig assortiment en ruim 230 enthousiaste collega's zetten we de klant altijd op nummer één. Van boxsprings tot matrassen en van beddengoed tot lattenbodems; bij totaalBED kun je terecht voor de totale slaapkamer.

Ons hoofdkantoor en distributiecentrum is gevestigd in Hattemerbroek, onder de rook van Zwolle. Een plek vanuit waar we onze winkels ondersteunen en een sterke, operationele basis creëren.
