The posting

Eligio is de marktleider in België op vlak van outsourcing van receptie en officediensten. Onze 425 medewerkers werken in vast dienstverband. Zij zijn dagelijks met veel enthousiasme aan de slag bij onze klanten, (middel)grote bedrijven verspreid over heel België en actief in diverse sectoren.

Voor onze klant in Melle, een netbeheerder voor elektriciteit, zoeken we een tijdelijke collega die aan de slag gaat als postkamermedewerker.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Inkomende en uitgaande post verwerken en sorteren: inkomende zendingen ontvangen, registreren en verdelen + uitgaande zendingen frankeren en verzendklaar maken
  • Documenten digitaal verwerken en inscannen
  • Zendingen en terugzendingen opvolgen
  • Contact onderhouden met interne diensten en leveranciers voor postverwerking
  • Interne postprocedures en -richtlijnen correct toepassen
  • Veiligheids- en vertrouwelijkheidsregels naleven
  • Back-up voorzien bij afwezigheid van collega’s in de postkamer
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke over volumes, knelpunten en afwijkingen
