Van de Velde Lingerie is een internationaal Belgisch bedrijf met meer dan 100 jaar ervaring in het produceren en creëren van luxe lingerie en badmode. Hun drie grote merken zijn Marie Jo, Prima Donna en Sarda. Het is een bedrijf waar medewerkers centraal staan, Van de Velde gelooft in de kracht van groei bij hun werknemers. Momenteel is Van de Velde op zoek naar collega's in de productie snijzaal die hun kunnen helpen in de groei van kwaliteitsvolle lingerie en badmode. Jobomschrijving

De snijzaal is verantwoordelijk voor het snijden van de stoffen ter voorbereiding van het stikken van hun kwaliteitsmerken Marie-Jo, Prima Donna en Sarda. Hiervoor zoeken we kandidaten productiemedewerkers die tijdelijk aan de slag willen gaan vanaf eind September tot eind December '26.

Na een grondige interne opleiding, word je een polyvalente medewerk(st)er in de snijzaal.

Je takenpakket zal bestaan uit afwisselende taken:

  • Bundelen: Bij deze laatste stap in het proces moet je alle onderdelen in pakketten verzamelen zodat ze kunnen gestikt worden. Je vergelijkt alle onderdelen met de bestelbon en pakt deze lingerie stukken in.

Van de Velde zoekt polyvalente medewerkers die openstaan om te groeien in hun competenties die ze ontwikkelen tijdens hun interne opleiding. Ze staan open voor collega's die ambitie hebben om door te groeien naar een verantwoordelijke functie zoals intekenaar of werkvoorbereider.

Ben jij de kandidaat die wij zoeken?

  • Als productie medewerk(st)er heb je oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Ervaring in productie is een must!
  • Je start tijdens je opleiding in dag uren (7u30-16u30), indien positieve tewerkstelling kan er een bepaalde duur contract gegeven worden van 6 maand. Hierbij zal je tewerkgesteld worden in een twee ploegensysteem (6u-14u/14u-22u)
  • Collegialiteit en enthousiasme zijn belangrijk.
