The posting

Voor een toonaangevend voedingsbedrijf in Langemark zijn we op zoek naar een tijdelijke R&D Medewerker om het R & D team administratief te versterken voor minimum 3 maanden.

Door de continue groei en vernieuwing binnen het bedrijf stroomt er momenteel heel wat nieuwe data binnen. Recepturen worden herzien, productspecificaties moeten worden bijgewerkt en klantensystemen moeten nauwkeurig worden ingevuld. Zoek jij een administratieve uitdaging binnen een dynamische en innoverende omgeving? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

  • Opleiding / Achtergrond: Een diploma in Voeding & Dieetkunde, Biochemie of een gerelateerde voedingsrichting is een grote troef. Heb je een ander profiel, maar wel een hele sterke administratieve achtergrond en affiniteit met de sector? Dan nodigen we je ook van harte uit om te solliciteren!
  • Nauwkeurigheid: Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Computer- & Systeemkennis: Je bent administratief sterk en leert snel aan. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt; kennis van PLM-systemen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Talen: Goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een duidelijke troef.
  • Houding: Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent tegelijkertijd een collegiale teamplayer die flexibel omgaat met verandering.
  • Je staat open voor een tijdelijke functie van zeker 3 maanden met verlenging mogelijk.

In deze rol bied je directe administratieve ondersteuning aan de collega's van het R&D-team. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Ondersteuning bij receptuurswijzigingen: Verwerken van wijzigingen en vergelijken van nieuwe leveranciersgegevens met de bestaande data.
  • Beheer van productspecificaties: Aanvullen, bijwerken en controleren van specificaties in interne systemen en klantenportalen.
  • Kwaliteits- en datacontrole: Signaleren van afwijkingen of verbetermogelijkheden in gegevens.
  • Multitasken en structuur bewaren: Vlot schakelen tussen opdrachten van verschillende teamleden en hierbij strakke deadlines respecteren.
