Benieuwd wat een teamverantwoordelijke C&O in cvo MIRAS doet?

Je:

  • bent een aanspreekpunt voor je teamleden binnen C&O, voor alle teamsupports ben je in hun rol als teamsupport het eerste aanpreekpunt.
  • neemt een coachende houding aan naar alle teamsupports en het bredere team. Je geeft passend leiding volgens het MIRAS LeiderschapsDNA.
  • weet wat er leeft in de verschillende regio's. Je probeert op een consistente manier de werking van C&O over de regio's uit te bouwen. De teamsupports vormen hierin een belangrijke schakel.
  • voert op geregelde tijdstippen (informeel) overleg met je teamleden, zowel individueel als in team.
  • bent verantwoordelijk voor communicatie met personeelsadministratie in functie van opdrachten van teamleden.
  • selecteert nieuwe collega’s en ondersteunt hen volgens de afspraken binnen aanvangsbegeleiding.
  • bent op de hoogte van de werking en afspraken binnen MIRAS door het opvolgen van de interne communicatie (MIRAScoop, regio-updates, opleidings- of dienstgebonden updates, …).
  • vertaalt de beleidsbeslissingen naar de werking binnen je team en communiceert duidelijk naar je teamleden.
  • participeert in overlegorganen (intern en extern).
  • voorziet en neemt de lead in overleg met de teamsupports (OKT).
  • zorgt ervoor dat deze afspraken nageleefd worden, geeft feedback en stuurt bij waar nodig.

  • zich thuis voelt in het volwassenenonderwijs;
  • met veel goesting kennis en ervaring wil toepassen in zijn dienst;
  • leergierig is en zich graag verder professioneel en persoonlijk ontwikkelt;
  • flexibel is en ook 's avonds of op zaterdag wil werken, wanneer dat van toepassing is;
  • vlot communiceert en openstaat voor diverse mensen;
  • zich makkelijk verplaatst binnen West-Vlaanderen;
  • respectvol en betrokken naast collega’s staat;
  • verbindend werkt en zorgt voor een fijne sfeer in de dienst;
