Als timmerkracht bij SW Vastgoedverbetering werk je het hele jaar door aan diverse projecten in Friesland, voornamelijk in de regio Drachten. Met onze langdurige samenwerkingen met woningcorporaties draag jij bij aan het onderhoud en de verbetering van huurwoningen. Je werkt samen met collega-timmerlieden, schilders en uitvoerders, maar kunt ook zelfstandig inschatten wat nodig is om elk project succesvol af te ronden. Je werkt in bewoonde woningen, waar jouw sociale- en communicatieve vaardigheden onmisbaar zijn. Door je in te leven in de situatie van bewoners en goed te overleggen, zorg je voor een soepel verloop van de werkzaamheden. Kwaliteit staat voorop, en jouw werk is pas klaar als de bewoner tevreden is. Zo maak jij zichtbaar verschil met jouw vakmanschap!
