Ben jij onze nieuwe technische duizendpoot? Een wand aanpassen, een deur repareren of een ruimte opnieuw opbouwen. Jij weet van aanpakken en zorgt dat het werk goed gebeurt. Timmerwerk vormt het belangrijkste onderdeel van je werk, maar je houdt je ook bezig met onderhoud, projecten en allerlei andere technische reparaties. Samen met je collega's van de Technische Dienst houd je ons pand in topconditie. Je werkt zelfstandig aan verschillende klussen en ziet direct resultaat van wat je doet. Zo zorg je voor een veilige, nette en goed functionerende omgeving voor onze gasten én collega's. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan gebouwen, installaties en apparatuur - Uitvoeren van timmerwerkzaamheden en diverse reparaties. - Ondersteunen bij verbouwingen en renovaties - Signaleren van onderhoudsbehoeften en onveilige situaties - Inschakelen en aansturen van externe leveranciers bij complexere zaken - Deelnemen aan de BHV-organisatie en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving. (Heb je nog geen BHV-certificaat? Dan leiden wij je daarvoor op.)) Wie ben jij: - Je hebt MBO 3-4 werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring met of affiniteit voor timmerwerkzaamheden. - Vaardigheden om zelfstandig regulier onderhoud en reparaties uit te voeren. - Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en netheid. - Een zelfstandige werkhouding, maar je functioneert ook uitstekend in een team. - Ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen is een pré. - Een gastgerichte instelling: je begrijpt dat jouw werk bijdraagt aan een prettig verblijf voor onze gasten.
