Wil je nog steeds op pad, bij mensen over de vloer komen en bouwkundige oplossingen bedenken, maar niet meer iedere dag zelf het zware werk uitvoeren? Dan is dit een mooie volgende stap in jouw loopbaan. Je komt bij mij ons in dienst als coördinator schadeherstel. Bij een lekkage, brand, storm of andere calamiteit ga jij naar de woning om de schade te bekijken. Dankzij jouw praktijkervaring zie je snel wat er moet gebeuren, welke vakmensen nodig zijn en hoe het herstel het beste kan worden aangepakt. Je voert de werkzaamheden niet zelf uit. Jij zorgt dat de juiste mensen worden ingeschakeld, maakt afspraken met de bewoner en houdt overzicht over het volledige herstelproces. Ervaring met verzekeringen is niet nodig. Die kennis leer je tijdens je inwerkperiode van ervaren collega's. Wat ga je doen? Je blijft dicht bij de praktijk en bent regelmatig op locatie. Geen schade en geen woning is hetzelfde. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - bezoeken van bewoners en opnemen van bouwkundige schades; - beoordelen welke herstelwerkzaamheden nodig zijn; - bedenken van een praktische en passende hersteloplossing; - maken van duidelijke afspraken met bewoners; - inschakelen en aansturen van timmermannen, loodgieters, schilders en andere vakmensen; - onderhouden van contact met bewoners, verzekeraars en collega's; - bewaken van de planning, voortgang en kwaliteit; - netjes vastleggen van afspraken en bevindingen; - samenwerken met je persoonlijke assistent en de backoffice; - zorgen dat iedere schade goed en zorgvuldig wordt afgehandeld.
