Ben jij een ervaren timmerman die graag zelfstandig op pad gaat en energie krijgt van afwisselende onderhoudswerkzaamheden in dagelijks onderhoud? Werk jij secuur, denk je in oplossingen en heb je oog voor kwaliteit? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor een toonaangevende aannemer in de regio Alkmaar zijn wij op zoek naar een Timmerman Dagelijks Onderhoud. In deze functie ga je zelfstandig op pad om uiteenlopende onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit te voeren aan woningen en gebouwen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag vervang je een kozijn of herstel je een deur, de volgende dag los je houtrot op of voer je diverse reparaties uit. Jij bent het visitekaartje van de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klus netjes en vakkundig wordt afgerond. Als Timmerman Dagelijks Onderhoud houd jij je onder andere bezig met: - Uitvoeren van dagelijks onderhoud aan woningen en utiliteitsgebouwen; - Herstellen en vervangen van deuren, kozijnen, ramen en hang- en sluitwerk; - Repareren van houtrot en uitvoeren van diverse timmerwerkzaamheden; - Zelfstandig beoordelen van de werkzaamheden en meedenken in passende oplossingen; - Zorgdragen voor een nette oplevering en tevreden bewoners of opdrachtgevers. Wat heb je nodig? Om voor deze functie in aanmerking te komen, beschik je over: - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als timmerman; - Ervaring binnen dagelijks onderhoud of renovatie is een pré; - Een rijbewijs B; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Een zelfstandige, klantgerichte en representatieve werkhouding.
