Vacaturebeschrijving Ben jij een ervaren timmerman die graag zelfstandig werkt en energie krijgt van afwisselende klussen bij mensen thuis? Dan is dit dé functie voor jou. In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt op locatie en zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden vakkundig en netjes worden uitgevoerd. Je werkzaamheden zijn divers en vinden plaats binnen het dagelijks onderhoud en mutatiewerk. Je kunt hierbij denken aan het herstellen van kozijnen, vervangen van deuren en het afhangen van ramen. Ook pak je kleine storingen snel en professioneel op, zodat bewoners weer tevreden zijn. Wat ga je doen? - Herstellen en onderhouden van deuren, kozijnen en hang- en sluitwerk; - Vervangen van onder andere sloten, scharnieren en beslag; - Uitvoeren van klein herstelwerk aan wanden, plafonds en houtconstructies; - Eventueel verrichten van licht tegel-, stuc- en kitwerk; - Contact onderhouden met bewoners en betrokkenen op locatie; - Zorgen voor een veilige, nette werkomgeving.
