Als Timmerman werk je aan renovatie, verduurzaming en planmatig onderhoud van woningen en wooncomplexen. Je komt terecht in een professioneel georganiseerd bedrijf waar kwaliteit, duidelijke communicatie en zorgvuldig werken centraal staan. Samen met de timmerman voer je werkzaamheden uit aan ongeveer 30 woningen en zorg je dat bewoners zo min mogelijk overlast ervaren. Voorbereiden en verwijderen van dakpannen en sparingen maken voor dakkappen voor warmtepompen; Uitvoeren van aftimmerwerk aan plinten, kozijnen, deuren en koven; Herstellen van houtrot en uitvoeren van gevel en dakrenovatie; Uitvoeren van isolatiewerk aan vloeren, gevels en daken; Vervangen van vloeren en plafonds; Uitvoeren van luchtdichtheidswerkzaamheden, zoals kitten, aftimmeren, manchetten plaatsen en purren; Verwijderen van HPL gevelpanelen, vervangen van isolatie en plaatsen van nieuwe Rockpanel; Afdekken en voorbereiden van woningen voor de werkzaamheden en voor onderaannemers; De bouwplaats, woningen en werkplekken netjes en schoon achterlaten; Algemene werkzaamheden uitvoeren en bouwtekeningen lezen; Ben jij de ervaren Timmerman die graag werkt aan zorgvuldig uitgevoerde renovatieprojecten?
