We bouwen op een eigen productieplatform met de nieuwste modellen van OpenAI, Anthropic en Google en werken samen met marketing, sales en development. Je werkt 40 uur per week en verdient €3.250 - €5.000 bruto per maand. Jouw bijdrage aan plan Zero - Jij bouwt mee aan autonome verkoop, van klantgesprek tot getekend contract. De agent voert het gesprek, gepersonaliseerde pagina's tonen wat past, het offertesysteem maakt het contract. Dit werkt over alle productlijnen, energie, thuisbatterij, zon en laadpaal, en draait 24/7, met een accountmanager voor de uitzonderingen. - Jij maakt de klantervaring persoonlijk bij de aankoop. Je bouwt hyperpersonalisatie over web, app, chat en voice. Elke klant krijgt zijn eigen flow, opgebouwd uit wat we van hem weten. - Jij meet, leert en optimaliseert continu. Je definieert evaluatiecriteria en kwaliteitsdrempels voordat iets live gaat. Elke deal, elk gesprek en elke afwijzing voedt het systeem. - Jij slaat de brug tussen commercie en techniek. Je vertaalt commerciële doelen naar werkende pagina's, gesprekken en flows en werkt nauw samen met Customer Acquisition & Journey.
