Je krijgt afwisseling, ontwikkelkansen en een aantrekkelijk salaris. Als Timmerman Herstel & Onderhoud ga je aan de slag met het herstellen en onderhouden van gevels, balkons, vloeren en kelderafdichtingen. Je werkt op diverse projecten, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. In deze functie krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Een bouwachtergrond is handig, maar belangrijker is jouw motivatie om te leren en kwaliteit te leveren. Een gemiddelde werkdag begint met het doornemen van de planning en het verzamelen van de benodigde materialen. Vervolgens vertrek je naar het project, waar je samen met collega's aan de slag gaat. Je voert herstelwerkzaamheden uit, lost technische problemen op en zorgt dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je staat direct in contact met opdrachtgevers en zorgt voor een nette oplevering van het werk. Wij bieden: - Brutosalaris tussen €17,85 en €19,50 per uur, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren; - Afwisselend werk op verschillende projecten; - Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en vakgerichte opleidingen; - Werken in een klein, hecht team met korte lijnen; - Reiskostenvergoeding en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaard...
