Als timmerman huurwoningen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de laatste details in de woningen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles tiptop in orde is. Dankzij jouw zorg en aandacht voelen zij zich écht thuis in een goed onderhouden woning! Over de functie Je onderhoudt huurwoningen en knapt ze op. Als timmerman in het vastgoedonderhoud voer je diverse onderhoudsklussen uit in de woningen van de woningstichting. Jij neemt de laatste afwerking voor je rekening en zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes is verzorgd. Denk hierbij aan: - Je plaatst nieuwe kozijnen, deuren en glas. - Je voert kitwerk uit en dicht kozijnen. - Je hangt deuren en ramen af. - Je voert herstelwerkzaamheden uit aan bijvoorbeeld plafonds. - Je isoleert wanden en muren.
