Als Timmerman in het mutatieonderhoud ben jij de sleutel tot het opknappen van huurwoningen. Je werkt in leegstaande woningen samen met een enthousiast team, waar geen dag hetzelfde is. De ene dag ben je bezig met het plaatsen van een keukenblok en de volgende dag zet je een kozijn. Ook voor het maken van vloeren, scheidingswanden en het aanbrengen van plafonds draai jij je hand niet om. Jouw rol Wanneer een huurder vertrekt, is het aan jou om de woning weer helemaal spik en span te maken voor nieuwe bewoners. Soms strip je een hele woning en bouw je alles vanaf de basis weer op, waarbij je plafonds, vloeren en kozijnen vervangt. Maar het kan ook voorkomen dat je alleen wat kit- en tegelwerk hoeft te vervangen. Daarnaast zaag je regelmatig plaatmateriaal en balken op maat om alles perfect af te werken. Kortom, dit is het betere werk in de bouw!
