Voor Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Timmerman / Onderhoudsmedewerker/ Schilder die ervoor zorgt dat ons hotel er altijd verzorgd en representatief uitziet. Ben jij handig met hout, ervaren in afwerkingswerkzaamheden en werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wat ga je doen? Als Timmerman / Onderhoudsmedewerker/Schiler maak je deel uit van het Engineering team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van onze kamers, publieke ruimtes en faciliteiten.

• Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Uitvoeren van timmerwerkzaamheden en reparaties aan houten constructies. • Herstellen en onderhouden van meubels, deuren, kozijnen en interieuronderdelen. • Reparaties uitvoeren aan hotelkamers en openbare ruimtes. • Kitwerkzaamheden uitvoeren, met een sterke focus op sanitair en badkamers. • Schilderwerkzaamheden verrichten en zorgen voor een hoogwaardige afwerking. • Signaleren van technische gebreken en deze zelfstandig oplossen danwel melden. • Ondersteunen bij renovatie- en verbeterprojecten binnen het hotel. • Bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en gastvrije omgeving voor gasten en collega's.

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als timmerman, onderhoudsmedewerker of in een vergelijkbare functie. • Je bent vaardig in het uitvoeren van reparaties aan meubels en interieur. • Je hebt ervaring met kitwerkzaamheden, bij voorkeur in sanitaire ruimtes. • Je kunt zelfstandig schilder- en afwerkingswerkzaamheden uitvoeren. • Je hebt oog voor detail en levert werk van hoge kwaliteit. • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en vindt het leuk om problemen op te lossen. • Je werkt zelfstandig maar bent ook een echte teamspeler. • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal.
