Je werkt het hele jaar door aan reparaties en onderhoud in woningen. Van een klemmende deur of beschadigd kozijn tot het plaatsen van een complete keuken. Je krijgt de vrijheid om klussen zelfstandig aan te pakken en ziet meteen het resultaat van je werk. Daarbij heb je veel contact met bewoners en kun je rekenen op collega's als je hulp nodig hebt. Naast timmerwerk pak je ook klein tegel-, stuc-, loodgieters- of schilderwerk op. Je denkt in oplossingen, communiceert duidelijk en laat de woning verzorgd achter. Jouw top 5 werkzaamheden zijn: - Uitvoeren van reparaties en onderhoud bij bewoners thuis. - Herstellen en vervangen van deuren, kozijnen, vloeren en plafonds. - Uitvoeren van kleine tegel-, stuc-, loodgieters- en schilderklussen. - Afspraken maken met bewoners en afstemmen met de projectbegeleider. - Verwerken van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden via digitale werkbonnen.
