Vacature Timmerman Service Onderhoud Maassluis Ben jij een ervaren timmerman service onderhoud uit de omgeving van Maassluis en los jij storingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden zelfstandig op? Zoek je vast werk bij een werkgever die zijn afspraken gewoon nakomt? Dan hebben wij direct mooie projecten voor je beschikbaar.

Voor diverse onderhouds- en serviceprojecten in Maassluis, Vlaardingen, Schiedam, Naaldwijk, Hoek van Holland en omgeving zoeken wij vakbekwame timmermannen die ervaring hebben met bonnenwerk, mutatieonderhoud en dagelijks onderhoud. Geen lange nieuwbouwprojecten, maar afwisselend werk waarbij jouw vakmanschap en probleemoplossend vermogen iedere dag het verschil maken.

Sinds 1997 is Flextra gespecialiseerd in het inzetten van vaklieden binnen vastgoedonderhoud. Wij komen zelf uit de bouw en weten precies wat een onderhoudstimmerman belangrijk vindt: goed werk, duidelijke afspraken en waardering voor vakmanschap.

Wat ga je doen? Als timmerman service onderhoud houd jij je bezig met:

- Bonnenwerk en dagelijks onderhoud - Herstellen van deuren, ramen en kozijnen - Klein aftimmerwerk - Vervangen van hang- en sluitwerk - Herstellen van houtrot en geveltimmerwerk - Plaatsen en vervangen van binnen- en buitendeuren - Klein loodgieterswerk - Klein tegel-, stuc- en schilderwerk - Mutatieonderhoud - Service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden bij woningen

Je werkt voornamelijk bij woningcorporaties, VvE's, scholen, zorginstellingen en particuliere opdrachtgevers. Omdat je veel contact hebt met bewoners verwachten wij dat je netjes, representatief en servicegericht werkt.

Wat verwachten wij van jou? Wij zoeken een timmerman die:

- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring heeft in service onderhoud of mutatieonderhoud - Zelfstandig kan werken - Ervaring heeft met bonnenwerk - Probleemoplossend denkt - Representatief en klantvriendelijk is - In bezit is van een VCA-certificaat of bereid is dit via Flextra te behalen - Een rijbewijs B heeft - Nederlands spreekt
