DEINE ROLLE BEI UNS

Du hast Erfahrung in der Fensterproduktion und möchtest deine Fähigkeiten weiter ausbauen? Wir suchen einen engagierten Tischler:In für die Produktion, der mit technischer Expertise und einer praktischen Herangehensweise unser Produktionsteam unterstützt und dabei hohe Qualitätsstandards umsetzt.

DEINE AUFGABEN IM ÜBERBLICK:

· Eigenständige Fertigung von Fenstern und Fensterelementen nach Maß

· Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen

· Qualitätssicherung und technische Kontrolle der gefertigten Produkte

· Unterstützung des Teams bei der Ausführung von Aufgaben in der Fensterproduktion

· Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Arbeitsvorbereitung und Projektleitung

· Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Produktionsvorgaben und -standards

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Holzbereich (z. B. Tischler:in, Holztechniker:in)

· Erfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise im Fensterbau oder vergleichbarem Bereich

· Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit

· Interesse an hochwertigen, traditionellen Fenstersystemen

· Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise

· Organisationsgeschick und Verlässlichkeit
