Ein seit über 130 Jahren bestehender Familienbetrieb und Spezialist für Kastenstockfenster in Jagerberg, mit bis zu 1.500 gefertigten Fenstern pro Jahr in echter Manufakturarbeit, sucht 1 Tischler (m/w/d) Fensterproduktion Du fertigst eigenständig Fenster und Fensterelemente nach Maß und arbeitest eng mit Arbeitsvorbereitung und Projektleitung zusammen. Das Unternehmen zählt insgesamt rund 70 Mitarbeiter.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 40 Std./Woche

Start: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Fertigung von Fenstern und Fensterelementen nach Maß

* Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen

* Qualitätssicherung und technische Kontrolle

* Unterstützung des Teams in der Fensterproduktion

* Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitsvorbereitung und Projektleitung

* Einhaltung von Produktionsvorgaben und Standards

Dein Profil

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler_in, alternativ als Holztechniker_in

* Erfahrung in der Produktion von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Produktion im Fensterbau von Vorteil
