Voor een moderne en sterk zorggerichte apotheek in regio Noorderkempen zoeken we een apotheker die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt binnen een hecht team. De voorkeur gaat uit naar een titularis/provisor, maar ook een ervaren adjunct of een apotheker die graag naar meer verantwoordelijkheid wil groeien, komt zeker in aanmerking.

Je komt terecht in een ruime, lichtrijke en professioneel georganiseerde apotheek met een trouw patiëntenbestand. De focus ligt op waar het als apotheker echt om draait: farmaceutische zorg, persoonlijk advies en geneesmiddelen. Heel wat backoffice- en randtaken worden voor het team geregeld, zodat jij je maximaal kunt concentreren op patiënten en de dagelijkse apotheekwerking.

Wat ga je doen?

Afhankelijk van je ervaring en de rol die je opneemt, bestaat je takenpakket uit:

  • Patiënten adviseren en farmaceutische zorg verlenen
  • Geneesmiddelen correct afleveren
  • Magistrale bereidingen en huisbereidingen uitvoeren
  • Vaccinaties
  • Medicatieschema's en medicatiereviews opvolgen
  • Farmaceutische administratie
  • De dagelijkse werking mee organiseren
  • Collega's ondersteunen en, als titularis, het team mee coördineren
  • Initiatief nemen rond verbeteringen en kwaliteit

De apotheek beschikt over een robot, Unguator en aparte vaccinatieruimte. Magistrale bereidingen maken regelmatig deel uit van de dagelijkse werking.

We zoeken vooral een apotheker die sociaal, communicatief en verantwoordelijk is. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en vindt het belangrijk om patiënten op een persoonlijke manier verder te helpen.

Je bent daarnaast:

  • Collegiaal en een echte teamspeler
  • Zelfstandig, maar niet bang om te overleggen
  • Punctueel en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Sterk geïnteresseerd in farmaceutische zorg
  • Vlot en professioneel in je communicatie
  • Nederlandstalig

Ervaring in de officina is een belangrijke troef, zeker wanneer je als titularis aan de slag wilt. Ook kandidaten die nog willen groeien in verantwoordelijkheid zijn welkom. De nodige begeleiding wordt afgestemd op je ervaring.
